We know -- we’ve got a rad coffee shop space. And we love sharing it. Check out the rates for renting out our shop below:

 

PRIVATE EVENTS (TUE - SAT 6 PM - MIDNIGHT):
Space only: $25 per hour
Space Rental Plus Bar Service: $125 per hour (price includes all of the beverages that can be made in an hour -- roughly 30 beverages).
5-gallon container of drip coffee: $50 (serves 50 people)

 

PUBLIC EVENTS (TUE - SAT 6 PM - MIDNIGHT):
Space + Bar Service: Difference between $50 per hour and total sales (i.e. event is 3 hours and sales are $150, you pay nothing. Event is 3 hours and sales are $50, you pay $100)
